According to reports, officials have stated that, a 10-year-old girl’s nude body was found in a forested area close to Mathura, Uttar Pradesh. The minor’s family asserted that there had been a rape before the murder.
Five squads have been constituted to investigate the incident, as per Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Abhishek Yadav. They will be led by the Deputy Superintendent of Police Sadar.
As stated by the family that, the girl went outside to play on Thursday at 3 PM, and at around 5 PM, her body was found in a nearby wooded area in a forest on Friday.
The officials further added that, the police and their team members  are reviewing the CCTV tape to ascertain the sequence of events.
According to the Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP), a forensic team and dog squad are ordered to look into the incident.
