According to reports, Satyendar after being put on the oxygen assistance and being admitted to the intensive care unit (ICU) at Lok Nayak Hospital for treatment, Satyendar Jain, a former minister of Delhi as well as the leader of the ruling Aam Aadmi Party (AAP), was given medical bail on Friday.
The Supreme Court decided to grant interim bail to Satyendar Jain, but on the grounds that, he cannot speak to reporters during his release or leave Delhi. Manoj Tiwari, a BJP member of parliament, responded to the development stating further that, Styendar Jain’s health played a role in the court’s decision. We are not against any sick people, he said. The former Delhi minister suffered back injuries after collapsing in the toilet of Tihar Jail No. 4.
He had collapsed due to dizziness. As per the hospital members, they have told that, an X-ray and scans were carried out before referring him to Lok Nayak Hospital because he complained of persistent pain in his back, shoulder, and knee. But the authorities of the AAP have further issued that, Satyendar Jain condition, which requires immediate spine surgery, was brought on by a fall at the Tihar jail last year.
Arvind Kejriwal, the Chief Minister, have criticised the federal government over the former minister’s deteriorating health after the former minister underwent a second hospital admission in a week.

The AAP also stated that, their leader is now severely ill and has difficulty walking.
Due to his strong religious beliefs, Satyendar Jain has been living only off of fruits and raw vegetables while he has been behind bars. enduring a significant loss of muscle. The AAP authorities said this, “Satyendar Jain allegedly lost 35 kgs while he was jailed”.
