Prime Minister Narendra Modi To Lead The “Longest Roadshow Ever” Today In Gujarat

According to reports, today, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will make a three hours long, huge tour around 16 assembly constituencies as he returns to the campaign trail in Gujarat for the second round of assembly polls after a two days absence.

As stated by the BJP, the tour would cover more than 50 kilometres and begin in the Naroda Gam and finish at the Gandhinagar South constituency.  The Prime Minister’s roadshow is scheduled to begin at 3:30 pm and it is anticipated to continue till 6:30 this evening.

Further, Prime Minister Narendra Modi is scheduled to stop at at least 35 memorials along the road, including those for Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose, Pandit Dindayal Upadhyay and Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel.

Vejalpur, Nikol, Amraiwadi, Danilimbda, Jamalpur Khadia, Elisbridge, Maninagar, Bapunagar, Ghatlodia, Naranpur, Thakkarbapanagar and Sabarmati are a some of the constituencies the Prime minister Narendra Modi will visit today.

A BJP candidate for Chief Minister, Bhupendra Patel, is standing from the Ghatlodia seat. PM Modi held the position of Gujarat’s Chief Minister for the longest span of time from 2001 to 2014. Elections are currently in their first round of voting. The results will be made public on December 8 after the second round of voting on December 5.
