According to reports, On Thursday in Hadapsar, a police officer said that, a cement mixer truck struck a tree and overturned on five parked autorickshaws, causing one person dead and three others hurt.
The incident took place on the Pune-Solapur highway on Thursday morning, based on Hadapsar police station spokesman.
A truck driver in the Hadapsar neighbourhood of Ravidarshan lost control of the vehicle while travelling into Pune, crashed into a tree, and overturned two or three autorickshaws.
And while trying to assist a two-wheeler rider who was coming from the opposite side. One of the injured rickshaw drivers passed away.
The injured were taken to a private hospital for treatment as soon as a team of firefighters and police officers from the Hadapsar police station arrived. Two cranes were used to retrieve the damaged cars so that the route could be used by traffic.
