India successfully tested the Agni-4 Intermediate Range Ballistic Missile (IRBM) on Monday, and all parameters were met.
“A successful training launch of an Intermediate Range Ballistic Missile, Agni-4, was carried out at approximately 1930 hours on June 06, 2022 from APJ Abdul Kalam Island, Odisha,” according to a statement from the Defence Ministry. According to the statement, the successful test was part of routine user training launches conducted under the auspices of the Strategic Forces Command.
The missile, which is part of the Agni strategic missile family, has a range of nearly 3,500 kilometres.
