At least four civilians were killed while seven others were seriously injured in a shooting in Dangri area of ​​Rajouri district in Jammu and Kashmir. At about 7:20 p.m., a shooting occurred in the Haut Dangri area near a high school, in the Rajouri district, wounding more than 10 people, including a woman and a child, according to a press release.
Others are being treated at the Government Medical College (GMC) in Rajouri.
“Four people died and seven others were injured after three houses were targeted by terrorists in Upper Dangri area of Rajouri district. Two people were brought to GMC Jammu for treatment while five others are being treated in Rajouri. The entire area has been cordoned off and terrorists will be caught soon,”

A preliminary enquiry from a victim being treated at GMC, Rajouri, indicated that it was a terror incident in which they were fired upon by the terrorists.
The Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) and the Indian Army have arrived at the scene and begun a search operation.
