According to Sources, Four employees, including Bitta Karate’s wife and the son of Hizbul Mujahideen chief Syed Salahuddin, were fired by the Jammu and Kashmir government today.
All four employees were dismissed from their positions in accordance with Article 311 of the Constitution, which grants the government the authority to do so without first conducting an investigation.
Farooq Ahmed Dar, also known as Bitta Karate, is currently being held in custody, according to the authorities, on suspicion of funding terrorism. Assabah-ul-Arjamand Khan, his wife, served as an administrative service officer for Jammu and Kashmir for the Directorate of Rural Development.
Syed Abdul Mueed, Manager, Information Technology at the Department of Industries and Commerce, is the son of Syed Salahuddin, the head of the banned terrorist group Hizbul Mujahideen in Pakistan.
The other dismissals include Kashmir University senior assistant professor Majid Hussain Qadiri and scientist Dr. Muheet Ahmad Bhat.
