Five People were killed in that Cyclone hitting Bangladesh. It also said that, morning weather in parts of south Bengal is expected to get better.

The system, which proceeded towards Bangladesh from the north Bay of Bengal at a speed of 56 kmph, brought moderate to heavy rain and stormy weather to West Bengal’s coastal districts of South 24 Parganas, North 24 Parganas, and East Midnapore. The holiday spirit of Kali Puja and Diwali was subdued by this.
