Congress Leader says, “Jinnah, Nehru Divided Country In Act Of Wisdom”

Sajjan Singh Verma, a Congress MLA and former Madhya Pradesh cabinet minister, claims that previous Prime Minister Jawaharlal Nehru and Muhammad Ali Jinnah partitioned the country “out of wisdom.”
Jinnah was described as a “freedom fighter” by the Congress leader, who claimed that partitioning the country was the “correct thing” to do.

The former cabinet minister made the comments while speaking to the media on Wednesday.

“The partition of the country by Nehru and Jinnah was a wise decision. It is important to remember that Jinnah was a freedom warrior. He did the right thing rather than breaking the country. Wasn’t he supposed to be a freedom fighter? “he stated

“Is it true that being a Muslim affects the definition of a freedom fighter? This culture is promoted by the BJP. In his speech on January 26, Prime Minister Modi said that Jawaharlal Nehru and Muhammad Ali Jinnah were responsible for partitioning the country in 1947. The country owes a debt of gratitude to the two presidents for performing a wise act by separating the country into two sections “he stated

The Congress politician made a dig at RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat and Prime Minister Narendra Modi, saying that they would not be in their current positions if Jinnah had not divided the country.
