The popularity of his comedy show, “The Kapil Sharma Show,” has helped comedian Kapil Sharma become extremely well-known. However, after being sued for violating the conditions of his contract for the 2015 North American tour, Kapil has once again found himself in a dire situation.
Earlier this year, the renowned comedian Kapil Sharma was the target of a lawsuit brought by the North American business Sai USA Inc, situated in New Jersey. He was scheduled to perform in six different places, according to reports. However, he seemed to have failed to perform in one of them and had pledged to make amends. However, sources indicate that he has been unresponsive since the event ended.
The comedian will perform in New York during the second week of July while he is currently in Canada.
The Sai USA Inc team wrote “SAI USA INC FILES THE LAWSUIT AGAINST KAPIL SHARMA FOR Breach of Contract in 2015” as the post’s caption on Facebook.
According to reports, Amit Jaitly said that Kapil Sharma had pledged to cover their damages, claiming,
He did not perform and has not responded although we tried several times to get in touch with him before the court.
Up to this point, the group has finished two performances, one in Toronto and the other in Vancouver.
The corporation is undoubtedly suing Kapil Sharma, and the case is still pending in a New York court.
