In a recent interview, Elon Musk’s father, Errol Musk, revealed that he had sired a second “secret” kid with his stepdaughter, who is 41 years younger than him, almost half his age.
Errol Musk, 76, revealed to The Sun on Wednesday that he and Jana Bezuidenhout, 35, gave birth to a daughter in 2019.
Elliot Rush, the older Musk’s kid, who is now 5 years old, was previously born to him and Bezuidenhout.
Heide, the mother of Bezuidenhout, and Musk were wed for 18 years and had two kids together. Errol became Bezuidenhout’s stepfather when she was 4 years old.
Elon, Kimbal, and Tosca Musk are the siblings of Errol and Maye Musk, who were married from 1970 until 1979.
The child “wasn’t intended,” Errol Musk told The Sun, adding that he and Bezuidenhout cohabited for around 18 months following the birth of their first child. Although they are no longer living together, he stated they “have a lot of affection for each other.”
The senior Musk said that Bezuidenhout’s connection with him “shocked” his daughters. He had a total of 7 children, according to The New York Post.
“To them it was their sister. They still feel a bit creepy about it, because she’s their sister. Their half-sister.” he told The Sun.
“The only thing we are on Earth for is to reproduce. If I could have another child I would. I can’t see any reason not to.”
