According to information, at school in the Balasore district of Odisha, more than 20 students were sick after lunch. Many local Barkhuri ME School pupils came forward to claim experiencing migraines and stomach pain after consuming the school’s lunch meals, which led to the discovery of the incident.
The students are reportedly involved in the 6th and 7th grade classes at the institution. Students who were ill were rushed to Soro Hospital for treatment. Parents and neighbours were frightened by the incident.
The families of the victims demanded a thorough investigation into the incident and sought to punish anyone found to be responsible.
Madhab Dhada, the Soro NAC chairman, and the area police showed up to the spot and has began their investigation. Two students have received referrals to the Balasore District Hospital.
Further, the chairman of the Soro NAC Madhab Dhada stated that, the other students situations are stable. He also asserted that some children who played while they were hungry became ill, while others experienced psychological effects.
