Amrita Super Speciality Hospital Inaugurated By PM Modi In Haryana’s Faridabad

According to Reports, on August 24, Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated the 2,600-bed Amrita Super Speciality Private Hospital in Faridabad, Haryana. The facility features cutting-edge technology, including a centrally located, fully automated laboratory.

This will greatly enhance the region’s healthcare system (NCR). The occasion was attended by the Governor Bandaru Dattatreya and the Chief Minister of Haryana, Manohar Lal Khattar. The Mata Amritanandmayi Math spent six years building the state-of-the-art Amrita Hospital on a sprawling 130-acre site with sustainability in mind.

Number of Specialisations and its Built Up Area :

It has a specialised seven-story structure for research. With 500 beds when it first opened, the new super-specialty hospital will likely hit capacity within the next five years. When fully operational, the hospital with 81 specialisations will be the largest private hospital in Delhi-NCR and the entire country, according to past assertions made by hospital officials.

With a built-up area of 36 lakh square feet and a 14-floor tower housing the primary medical services, the hospital complex would be large. There is also a helipad on the rooftop. On the grounds of the new big hospital, which is situated in Sector 88 in Faridabad near to the Delhi-Mathura road, there will be a medical college.

It is one crore square feet in size when fully developed. Eight institutes of excellence, including those for mother and child care, renal sciences, bone problems and injuries, transplants, and gastro-sciences, are located on the property, along with a specialised seven-story research facility.

The hospital has patient-focused wards and outpatient departments in addition to state-of-the-art, fully automated central laboratories.
