The Jalan-Kalrock Consortium has chosen IBS Software as its technology partner to provide Jet Airways, which plans to resume commercial operation in September 2022, with capabilities in the passenger service system. IBS Software is a Thiruvananthapuram techno park-based provider of SaaS solutions to the travel industry globally.
The company stated that, this selection will provide a range of technical platforms to assist Jet Airways’ relaunch as a human-centered, airline for the digital age.
What will PSS features To be offered :
According to IBS Software, cutting-edge Passenger Service Systems (PSS) features will be offered, including reservations, revenue and inventory management, departure control system, loyalty management, as well as modern website and mobile app. The overall passenger and retail experience is intended to be optimised by these characteristics.
Jet Airways stated that its return is motivated by a desire to set new standards for services, technology, and customer satisfaction. According to Anand Krishnan, CEO of IBS Software, it is a real honour to be a part of Jet Airways much anticipated relaunch. One of the most well-liked airlines in India is Jet Airways.
