In Mumbai earlier this month, a young, healthy woman perished after unintentionally ingesting noodles that were laced with rat poison. She had accidentally added tomatoes to her supper that was laced with rat poison, according to the police. The event happened in Malad, in the Pascal Wadi neighbourhood of Mumbai.
Rekha Nishad, laced poison with some tomatoes that she intended to use to kill rodents, but the next day she unintentionally used the same tomatoes in her own food. According to a source, Malvani Police Sub Inspector Musa Devarshi claimed that the woman unintentionally put a tomato in her food while watching television.
She began throwing up hours after eating the food, so she was rushed to the closest hospital by her husband and brother- in- law. The patient passed away while receiving medical care at the hospital.
