Russian President Vladimir Putin has just a short 3 years to live due a rapidly festering cancer, The Independent reports. An FSB (Russian Federal Security Service) official also said that Mr Putin, who is 69 years old, is losing his sight.
This comes amid mounting evidence that Mr Putin’s health is progressively declining. However, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov dismissed allegations that President Putin was severely ill on Sunday, claiming there were no indications of sickness.
The FSB agent conveyed the latest about Mr Putin’s health in a message to former Russian agent Boris Karpichkov, who resides in the UK, as per the Independent.
“We are told he is suffering from headaches and when he appears on TV he needs pieces of paper with everything written in huge letters to read what he’s going to say. They are so big each page can only hold a couple of sentences. His eyesight is seriously worsening,”
“And his limbs are now also shaking uncontrollably.”

However, Mr Lavrov denied the speculation around the Russian President’s health.
“I don’t think that sane people can see in this person signs of some kind of illness or ailment”.
Mr Lavrov said, answering a question from France’s broadcaster TF1.
Last week, photographs of Mr Putin grimacing and squirming his way through a meeting with his close ally Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko seemed to provide evidence to such rumours. As Mr Putin’s invasion of Ukraine proceeds, the leaders convened for talks in the Black Sea city of Sochi, but their deliberations were overshadowed by the spectacle of the beleaguered Russian leader.
